Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed before service begins. Prices include delivery, pickup, and standard disposal unless otherwise stated. Overweight loads, prohibited items, or extended rental periods may incur additional fees, which we will communicate to you.

Prohibited Items

Hazardous materials — including chemicals, paint, asbestos, medical waste, fuel tanks, and other regulated substances — may not be placed in our dumpsters or given to our crews. You are responsible for the contents of a rented dumpster while it is on your property.

Delivery & Placement

You are responsible for ensuring a clear, accessible, and legal placement location. While we use protective boards, Dumpster Rental San Marcos is not liable for damage to driveways, pavement, or surfaces caused by normal delivery and pickup where placement was directed by you.

Scheduling & Cancellations

We make every effort to meet requested delivery and pickup windows but cannot guarantee exact times. Please contact us as early as possible to reschedule or cancel.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Dumpster Rental San Marcos's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
